Cooler Master MasterFrame 360 Panorama Review

Recently, I was at a bubble tea place. On their menus, they specified all their drinks were non-dairy. As my girlfriend is sensitive to dairy, this seemed like a good place to go. After ordering, I asked them what they used in place of milk, as I often hear the use of soy, oat, coconut, or almond milk. However, the guy responded by saying it was not actually non-dairy, but just lactose-free. I was a bit disappointed, because all their menus and advertisement specifically said one thing, but it was not actually the case. The people offered to replace the drink, but because we were in a time crunch, we just took the drink as is. I later contacted them about this dispute, and they changed all their menus to say "lactose-free" instead of non-dairy, as this differentiation is quite important. I am happy at their quick resolution, but I also wish they were clearer in the first place. As a reviewer, I try to describe and inspect enough of any product so our readers can make informed decisions. Today, we have the Cooler Master MasterFrame 360 Panorama, a large ATX case with curved glass and featuring a notable stage to show off something extra with your build. However, are there more details to be aware of? Hopefully, we will explore and explain this new attractive case from Cooler Master so you too can fully understand the MasterFrame 360 Panorama!

Today's review unit of the Cooler Master MasterFrame 360 Panorama arrived from one of Cooler Master's offices in City of Industry, CA. Traveling with FedEx and their Ground service, this large, corrugated cardboard box came in good condition with only a couple of dents or holes. It is not too surprising to see this large container double as the retail container. A large "Fragile" sticker is placed on one side, along with the Cooler Master logo and tagline of "Make It Yours". The rest of the box does not have anything specific to the MasterFrame 360 Panorama, other than an additional label on another panel with the product's model number.

Before we continue, I have obtained the specifications from the manufacturer's product page for your viewing pleasure:

Out of the box, the Cooler Master MasterFrame 360 Panorama is shipped in a transparent plastic bag and sandwiched between two large pieces of thick white foam. There is another thick piece of foam inside the front area for more protection. There was one loose panel that was sliding around inside, which is unfortunate, but did not lead to any further damage. Given the amount of glass, Cooler Master should do something to secure these panels with tool-free attachments. In addition to this, there is a large cardboard box that holds some tools and other hardware with the MasterFrame 360 Panorama, including a bag of screws and other hardware, and a second anti-static bag for the PCIe 5.0 riser and extension cable. Finally, there is one more separate bag holding the user manual and information for the enclosure.
