I usually try to be respectful and proper when I meet someone new, but sometimes I change it up depending on the vibes. Back when I used to play One Piece Card Game, I encountered someone a friend introduced to the game. I knew he was new, but he was also playing a very skill-intensive deck. Somehow, I got dragged into playing against him using a deck I barely knew how to play. He was a rather proper looking guy, but for some reason, he awakened the monkey in me. In the middle of the match, I was destroying him, so I started flexing my non-existent muscles to be funny. It carried on for a few turns, and suddenly, the odds swung in his favor. It did not take long before I was met with defeat. The people spectating were also my friends, so they took the chance to clown on me. I may have lost, but it made for a really fun and funny moment. Later on, I learned the new player was one of the top players in Calgary for another card game, and he also quickly became a top player in One Piece. We actually became really good friends, because as it turns out, he is just as big a monkey as I am. I will never forget that day when I underestimated his skill as a new player and lost. Similarly, the new player in the North American CPU air cooler market should not be underestimated. Today's review unit is the A60E made by SAMA, which is a name I have never heard before. Can this air cooler be the next top player in the market? Read on to find out!
Our review unit of the SAMA A60E traveled all the way from Guangzhou, China to our location in Calgary, Alberta, Canada through UBI Smart Parcel and Canada Post shipping. This product was also shipped alongside the SAMA P1200 1200W. The cardboard packaging box may have encountered a tough fight along the way, but the products inside were in excellent condition.
The SAMA A60E packaging design is very simple. The box is made of cardboard and mostly non-colored, which gives an eco-friendly appearance. On the top left, the SAMA logo is printed, while the product name can be located on the top right. At the center is a large image of the cooler, which also overlaps the large blue stripe running down from the top middle to the bottom left of the box. On the other sides of the packaging, there is some information about the manufacturer as well as specifications for the product.
Pulling from SAMA's website, we have the following specifications:

Upon opening the package, I found a cardboard box labeled "User Manuals & Accessories". Inside were the installation brackets, thermal paste, user guide, and a circular plate with "SAMA" written on it. The plate gives you the option to stick the brand name on the front fan of the cooler. Below the cardboard box was a foam slab hiding the heatsink and fan below, which was wrapped in a plastic bag and surrounded with more foam for protection.
